Here at Just Host we often receive reviews from our customers and respected web hosting review sites alike. Unfortunately it would be impossible to blog about all of them but when certain ones stand out we always try and share them with you in the blog!

Just Host Reaches 200,000 Customers!

I am over the moon to be able to write this blog post announcing that Just Host has reached the amazing milestone of hosting websites for over 200,000 customers. The speed at which we have reached this figure has really blown us away and has propelled us into the official top 50 web hosting companies in the world (webhosting.info).

As always Just Host’s achievements all come back to our amazing team which is ever growing and special thanks go out to the following departments: technical support, developers, order processing, billing support, renewals, web designers, marketing, sales and accounts. Every single person on these teams plays their part in keeping our clients happy in every aspect of their Just Host experience and without this dedication we would not have reached this figure.

I’m sure when we achieve such targets it confirms further to our customers that they are with the right host as so many other people have chosen us as their hosts and are staying with us for the long run. We are definitely feeling more and more like a big happy family as our numbers grow and we’d like to thank all of our customers and as always welcome any feedback from them that will help us further improve our service.

Happy Holidays from Just Host

This last year has been an amazing one for Just Host and we’d like to thank everyone that has helped us along the way to make it all possible. Back in December 2008 if I had been told in 12 months time Just Host will be hosting over 200,000 sites I wouldn’t have believed it for a second. It really has been a year to remember and I’d like to thank the whole Just Host team for all the hard work they’ve put in which has helped us achieve so much.

2010 will be a very exciting year for Just Host as we are putting every effort into expanding our services into new ventures like our Reseller Program. We are also constantly looking at new ways to improve our hosting for our existing customers so expect to see many new additions to our service in regards to features and support.

From everyone here at Just Host we’d like to wish all of our customers Happy Holidays and a very happy new year for 2010.

Halloween Treats from Template Monster!

Our friends over at Template Monster launched a promo yesterday with a prize pool of 5 free website templates and 10 free web hosting accounts from Just Host. In-line with Halloween, Template Monster are asking their blog readers to name their favorite Halloween website customizations for a chance to win.

The results are being announced early tomorrow morning so be sure to get in their quick with your suggestions! So far, readers have nominated a handful of websites for their festive efforts such as a UK chocolate retailer, a UK theme park and online Gadget shop, IWOOT!

Template Monster themselves have joined in as usually with two different logo’s, one on the Template Monster homepage and one on the Template Monster Blog.

Anyone who has followed Just Host over the past 2 years will know that we are an extremely competitive company. We work hard to ensure our service exceeds our customer’s expectations and we regularly make changes to the web hosting plans we offer so that we continually lead the way for other web hosting companies within the industry.

Just Host Verification Team Expands

After a drastic increase in the Just Host Billing team in the last few months I’m really happy to say that the Verification team has also welcomed some new members over the last few weeks. The Verification team handles the processing of all of Just Host’s orders and ensures that every order passes our fraud checking system. Sadly web hosting is very prone to fraud so checking the validity of each order is an essential role and must be handled very carefully.

Our two new Just Host team members are Ceri and Jodie who will be working opposite shifts, one covering the morning shift and the other working way into the night to ensure maximum coverage for our clients. Obviously, the majority of Just Host’s orders are processed manually, but because of the extra precautions needed some orders will be held for this further verification. The calls also allow us to answer any questions new customers may have which we find really beneficial.

I wish all of our new members, Billing and Verification, the best of luck and am really happy to welcome them to the team.

Web Hosting – Just Host reaches 100,000 hosting customers!

Web Hosting has a new member of the elite 100,000 club this week as Just Host reached 100,000 hosting customers. Amazingly it has taken Just Host just 18 months to reach the milestone which is a phenomenal achievement and an indicator that great customer support and uptime really pays off. This comes after months and month of hard work from the whole Just Host team, who have focused on providing the best customer service possible at every possible point of our clients journey with us.

I remember processing our first client’s hosting order manually before we had the automated system in place that ensures our customers hosting accounts are set up instantly and their cPanel logins emailed to them within minutes. I also remember when our support team consisted of a handful of technicians, now on the last count they exceeded 200! Remembering the early days makes me realize just how far we’ve come in such a short time. Just Host quickly became one of the fastest growing web hosts in 2009 and we are showing no signs of stopping.

The effort that our team have put into ensuring customers have any pre-sales questions answered, then sending their account details to them instantly and later assisting them with any support or billing queries they have is astounding. I think it’s this dedication across the team that has got us to this milestone so quickly. Just Host hosts 50,000 Customers!!!

Just Host has hit its first major milestone, we are so happy to say we now host the sites of over 50,000 people, over 56,000 now to be exact! We’ve managed to reach this amazing number in just 8 months and I personally want to say a massive thank you to the entire team as without every single person we would not have reached this anywhere near this quick.

We all agreed from day one that support was our main priority to ensure our clients always have a port of call. Our technical support team cannot be faulted in their hosting knowledge, willingness to help or response times. Our phone and live chat teams have both made a massive difference to the way we communicate with our clients and have really helped bridge the gap between us and them. I also can’t forget our brilliant billing team which has recently doubled in size due to our client base and who are responsible for keeping so many of our customers happy.

This achievement really has been a reason for us to celebrate and we’re just now looking forward to reaching the 100,000 mark which really isn’t going to be that far off.
