It was a very proud day for Just Host yesterday when our listings on Google.com and Google.co.uk raised all the way up to the first page. We are now listed at number 8 and number 6 respectively. This follows a lot of hard work from the team to ensure our site is optimized and full of interesting web hosting content.
One of the newest additions is our Web Hosting News & Articles page. This page will be updated daily with topical and informative web hosting articles which will be relevant to our customers as well as people in the web hosting industry.
Another aspect that will have led to this huge rise in our rankings on Google is the amount of discussions that are taking place on the web about Just Host. As we reach the amazing 100,000 customer mark the Just Host buzz is going from strength to strength. We are highly recommended on many of the web hosting review sites and have some great customer reviews.

At Just Host, we are always keen to spread our wings into new realms of the web hosting industry and are constantly looking for ways to make it easier for people to order web hosting from us. One of the newest additions to our hosting service is the introduction of three new currencies to our order form which will make it much easier for customers to order their website from us. The three new currencies that customers can now buy web hosting in are Canadian Dollars, Euros and Singapore Dollars.
Just Host was already receiving a large number of orders from Canada, Singapore and a wide number of European countries and we saw the potential each of them had to grow with the addition of their own currency. We have seen really impressive sales figures almost instantly from all three currencies which means we will continue to add new currencies when the demand is there. We welcome any suggestions on currencies people would like to see us offer and any general feedback as always on the features we offer as one of the leading web hosts.

In the last few weeks Just Host has seen its billing support team more than double in size to accommodate the huge increase in Just Host customers. Our billing team now operates 24 hours a day like our technical support team, so that our customers can get even quicker replies to their emails.
Only a few weeks ago we were celebrating hosting over 50,000 websites and today we have just hit the 65,000 mark! That just shows the incredible rate that Just Host is growing and further cements our place among the top web hosts. With such a large customer base, we will be continuously adding to our hosting support teams who are available by email, phone and live chat, to ensure our clients can get instant answers to any website queries they have.
We have also recently expanded our sales team by opening a new branch in our UK billing office which is open from 9am until 5pm CST. The extra hands on the phones have made a big difference to our potential clients as orders can now be placed direct with the team over the phone. We hope that these additions will reinforce our dedication to customer satisfaction and also helps us gain more feedback regarding our web hosting services.

Just Host has hit its first major milestone, we are so happy to say we now host the sites of over 50,000 people, over 56,000 now to be exact! We’ve managed to reach this amazing number in just 8 months and I personally want to say a massive thank you to the entire team as without every single person we would not have reached this anywhere near this quick.
We all agreed from day one that support was our main priority to ensure our clients always have a port of call. Our technical support team cannot be faulted in their hosting knowledge, willingness to help or response times. Our phone and live chat teams have both made a massive difference to the way we communicate with our clients and have really helped bridge the gap between us and them. I also can’t forget our brilliant billing team which has recently doubled in size due to our client base and who are responsible for keeping so many of our customers happy.
This achievement really has been a reason for us to celebrate and we’re just now looking forward to reaching the 100,000 mark which really isn’t going to be that far off.

We have been awarded Best Blog Hosting (2009) and Best Forum Hosting (2009) which is a real honour and highlights our commitment to providing a wide range of applications to our customers.
