Web Hosting Support Team Expands
In the last few weeks Just Host has seen its billing support team more than double in size to accommodate the huge increase in Just Host customers. Our billing team now operates 24 hours a day like our technical support team, so that our customers can get even quicker replies to their emails.
Only a few weeks ago we were celebrating hosting over 50,000 websites and today we have just hit the 65,000 mark! That just shows the incredible rate that Just Host is growing and further cements our place among the top web hosts. With such a large customer base, we will be continuously adding to our hosting support teams who are available by email, phone and live chat, to ensure our clients can get instant answers to any website queries they have.
We have also recently expanded our sales team by opening a new branch in our UK billing office which is open from 9am until 5pm CST. The extra hands on the phones have made a big difference to our potential clients as orders can now be placed direct with the team over the phone. We hope that these additions will reinforce our dedication to customer satisfaction and also helps us gain more feedback regarding our web hosting services.
